  Glasvin universal. Bordeaux like. Red currant, mild funk, spice, cigar, dust, earth and mild wood. Medium finish. (94 pts.)

• 2012 Anderson’s Conn Valley Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Estate Reserve – USA, California, Napa Valley
  Plum, menthol, spices, cherry, wood, dark chocolate and dried flowers. Medium plus finish. Still plenty of life left. (93 pts.)

• 2013 Andrew Will Sorella Champoux Vineyard – USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Horse Heaven Hills
  Glasvin universal. Plum, spice, blackberries, coffee beans, floral, earth and herbal. Mild wood. Medium finish. (93 pts.)

• 2015 Duckhorn Vineyards Merlot Three Palms Vineyard – USA, California, Napa Valley
  Glasvin universal. Rose petals, cherry, strawberry, earth, dust, minerals and wood. Medium plus. Love this. (94 pts.)

• 2016 Fisher Vineyards Cabernet Sauvignon Coach Insignia – USA, California, Napa Valley
  Glasvin universal. Cherry, spices, plum, earth, wood, floral and dust. Long finish. Wow. All five first place votes. (95 pts.)
