Top Customer & Promoter Can’t Get a Reply?

I have talked to several wine geeks over the last year about terrible customer service. Many friends have canceled their memberships due to poor customer service. Well this one takes the cake. No one in the world is more linked to Result of a Crush then me! Most notes, most bottles purchased and most promotions at many events. Amanda and Mark Reynvaan not sure what the hell happened here but you clearly got my many messages and emails with the last one saying just refund my recent order. You clearly do not know how to run a business and maybe way so much Reynvaan is dumped on WineBid and other auction sites. While I will still buy them in the secondary market this relationship is over!

Here are all the reviews of Result of a Crush wines which is by far the most of any user on Cellar Tracker and no one promoted them more than myself. 69 Notes on Reynvaan and counting not bad either.

    1. I only have so much patience’s. Anyone with customer service gets back to customers same day or next day at the latest.
