Well not sure who came up with this logic but I hear a lot of people say wait 2 weeks. Sure on Champagne I get it or older bottles sure as well. 2013 Reynvaan Family Vineyards Syrah The Contender – USA, Washington, Columbia Valley, Walla Walla Valley (9/25/2025) Hour one: Natural cork. Well sent the rest home for a friend and this is amazing. Best $40 wine in a while. Minerals, pepper, spiced meat, blue currants, dust, floral and tar. Medium plus finish and super complex wine. Excellent! Hour two: Well even better and shipped out today. Green olives, tar, spices, roasted meat, blue currants, dust, white pepper and minerals. Super concentrated wine and balanced. What a great $40 wine. 95 points Recommendation: WineBid (95 points) |
